These actual liabilities of Iran based on Euros are estimated at 8 billion and 36 million Euros, of which 5 billion and 867 million Euros are the volume of medium and long term debts and 2 billion and 169 million Euros are the volume of short term debts. The volume of foreign debt in Iran at the end of March of last year was 99 billion and $ 142 million, indicating that a decrease in the volume of Iran's foreign debt in first eight months of this year.
